Application of cyclone in tablet press and capsule filling

1. Connect a cyclone between the tablet press and the dust collector, so the dust can be collected in the cyclone, and only a very small amount of dust enters the dust collector which greatly reduces the cleaning cycle of the dust collector filter.
2. The middle and lower turret of tablet press absorb powder separately, and the powder been absorbed from the middle turret enter to the cyclone for reuse.
3. To make bi--layer tablet , can equip with two cyclones to recover two materials separately, increasing material recovery and reducing waste.
