Effervescent tube packaging machine

● Cap vibrating system: Loading cap to hopper, caps will be automatically arranging by vibrating .

● Tablet feeding system: Put tablets into tablet hopper by manual, the tablets will be feeding into tablet position automatically.

● Feed tablet into bottles unit: Once detect there has tubes, the tablet feeding cylinder will push the tablets into tube.

● Tube feeding unit: Put tubes into hopper, the tubes will be lined into tablet filling position by bottles unscrambling and tube feeding.

● Cap Pushing unit: When tubes get tablets, cap pushing system will push cap and close tube automatically.

● Lack of tablet rejection unit：Once the tablets in tube is lack of 1pcs or more, the tubes will be rejected automatically.

● Electronic Control Section: This machine is controlled by PLC,cylinder and stepper motor, it is with automatic multi-function alarm system.
