Our company attended the 2024 (Autumn) China International Pharmaceutical Machinery Exposition which has been held at the Xiamen International Convention and Exhibition Center from November 17th to 19th, 2024.
This Pharmaceutical Machinery Expo boasts an exhibition area exceeding 230,000 square meters, with over 12,500 exhibition stands displaying nearly 10,000 sets/units of equipment across nine categories (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) equipment and machinery/Pharmaceutical dosage form machinery/Pharmaceutical water and gas equipment/Pharmaceutical crushing equipment/Chinese herbal medicine processing machinery/Pharmaceutical packaging machinery/Inspection and laboratory equipment/Engineering, purification, and environmental protection equipment/Other pharmaceutical machinery and equipment). By then, 418 international pavilion exhibitors from 25 countries and regions, including Europe, the United States, Japan, and South Korea, will bring their latest equipment to the exhibition. The Pharmaceutical Machinery Expo organizing committee focuses on the field of pharmaceutical equipment and integrates high-quality resources within the industry. More than 1,600 professional enterprises from home and abroad are ready to participate.
The pharmaceutical industry is a sector with high automation requirements, covering continuous processes and batch processing in pharmaceutical production, as well as discrete post-production formulation and packaging processes. Most pharmaceutical solvents are toxic, volatile, and highly corrosive, posing significant harm to humans. Therefore, this industry places far more stringent physical characteristic requirements on electrical equipment than conventional applications. At the software functional level, it must also meet the advanced audit trail and access control functions outlined in FDA 21 CFR Part 11.
